Darren Bond- Chief Flight Instructor, Professor

Professor Bond is in charge of the Dream Flights Air University and Training Center, San Antonio campus. In addition to being an amazingly versatile and talented pilot, he’s also a phenomenal instructor and we feel very grateful for the initial training he gives all new pilots, and the recurrency training he offers to keep us all “on our toes.”

Darren just celebrated 20 years as a Captain with Southwest Airlines. Active and proficient in numerous vintage aircraft and warbirds. San Antonio is home and he’s a frequent flyer at the Stinson Airport (KSSF) and the Castroville Airport (KCVB)

A: Tim Newton and Darryl Fisher recruited Darren. by Lucky Newton and Darryl Fisher.
